Second, any organization comfortable with AI in use now should ask themselves if they believe they are safe when if the infrastructure and programs being built today are controlled by the other party. Third, one must note these are not isolated actions and a machine hive (Zuboff) is often created to change your environment, food, device operation, noises around you, etc. while you may be more vulnerable due to radiation stress or harm, using highly personal references proven to cause distress. Lastly, I recommend seriously considering not funding any programs to develop infrastructure or programs without demonstration of the applications will use meaningful consent for data collection and AI experimentation, avoid harms, and be subject to liability commensurate with harms.
