Zuckerberg Controlled Meta and The Jewish Role: Pro-Semitism Calls for Them to Live Up to Their Violation of Nurembourg and The Genocide Convention (created after World War II) And For Us To Demand It

For months, I have spoken about the responsibility of Jewish leaders to avoid technology and artificial intelligence based-harms that violate both the Nurembourg Code and the United Nations Genocide Convention created after the Holocaust to deal with similar large-scale abuses.

This is the opposite of anti-Semitism; it is pro-Semitism. It recognizes the experience of Jews uniquely positions them to speak of the bodily harm and experimentation banned after World War II.

This is the greatest and most important work Jewish leaders, particularly technology leaders, can do.

It certainly should be done in place of extending connectivity – the spying and experimentation apparatus – worldwide,
including to the very young.

Again, this pro-Semitic perspective recognizes the unique history and perspective of
those who have (or whose relatives and community have) experienced experimentation, loss of housing, and genocide.
This is a pro-Semitic piece, whose content has been in the works for many weeks. It calls for Jewish
technology leaders to support human rights in their business models, including compliance with the UN
Genocide Convention and the Nurembourg Code.

Afraid after the Holocaust and attacks on Israel, the high achieving community become major power
brokers in the arts, charity, politics, business, banking, universities and the technology sector. It is
strongly positioned to champion accountability for and avoidance of psychological manipulation and
electromagnetic radiation, in line with post WWII human rights treaties.

Some of the best work, of an international caliber, has been done by this community on these subjects.
Those who have done so are disproportionately Jewish in background or faith. This is particularly
impressive after the death, devastation and trauma of the Holocaust.

Yet Jewish people have also become a major force in technological infrastructure and artificial
intelligence, and sectors which support it. The only major technology firm with majority control (I
believe) is Meta.

Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg may wield the most power globally, holding a majority of voting
power in the company, and longtime (former) Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg has also had
enormous impact, also from writing a book and leading the “Lean In” movement. We hear about
Zuckerberg’s Jewish faith and practice, and Sandberg’s also, for example, after her husband’s death.
Will Jewish technology leaders, bankers, and others commit to standing up for human rights as
expressed in the United Nations Genocide Convention and Nurembourg Code? Does the Zuckerberg
Chan foundation agree to abandon its effort to connect everyone until and unless models and
infrastructure conform to American and international law?

To note:

• The unique history of the Jewish people includes the tragic Holocaust. Legal work internationally
  was done to prevent the large-scale destruction of minds and bodies and avoid unethical
  experimentation.
• The United Nations Genocide Convention and the Nurembourg Code developed after World
  War II are aimed at preventing another genocide, and unethical and non-consensual human
  experimentation.
• The technology deployed by Facebook violates both (see Genocide document and those on
  algorithms).
• The technology used or deployed by Meta (or its partners) makes homes in violation of
  International Building Biology Standards, which leads them to be particularly uncomfortable for
  the many electrically sensitive, and is also dangerous for others.
  

Hypocrisy: Never Again for Whom, and Limited to What?

Genocide and “Never Again” – the community and mass killing 50 million people were the victim of genocide (five categories exist in the 1948 document) starting in the 1950’s, over about 50 years. However, the community has not used their experience and moral commitment to stop these genocides.

Henry Kissinger famously (excluding other actions) did not use position as Secretary of State to work to stop the Bangladeshi genocide by West Pakistan. The public and most strongly worded State Department cable (Christopher
Hitchens) denounced the complicity of the United States in genocide. On April 6, 1971, Archer Blood, the Consul General in Dacca condemned the United States’ failure to denounce atrocities, its placation of West Pakistan, and its
lessening of the international public relations impact of these crimes. Perhaps three million Bangladeshis were slaughtered, and hundreds of thousands of women raped, and attempts were made to target and kill all
intellectuals (Operation Searchlight), even when the war was drawing to a close. This allowed other nations not to get involved. Henry Kissinger would not act forcefully, however, because he was using West Pakistan to negotiate
with China.

Was he unable to understand value of intellectuals, even given the Jewish
emphasis? Were brown people not as valued by what white Jewish people?
Two decades after the Holocaust, how could a Jewish leader be complicit in
permitting horrific genocide?

The community has not been forceful in speaking out against the Iraq invasion
that killed perhaps 1 ½ to 2 million people (numbers are difficult to know
because the United States stopped counting.)

Genocide: Gaza What is happening in Gaza is arguably genocide with half the population
homeless, and the area, even earlier, to be estimated to not be rebuildable for a generation, if ever. Areas under Israeli control have inadequate food, water, and medicine. Does the government and do Israelis believe under Genocide
Convention (and subsequent rulings) this qualifies as genocide?

Genocide: artificial intelligence and satellite and electromagnetic infrastructure
The infrastructure and AI are genocidal (see ai document in files, additional information on satellite rollouts is in Firstenberg’s description of illnesses after the Iridium and Globalstar satellite rollouts, in addition to what is in the
document).

Genocide: AI dependent on genocide stage 2: symbolization
The labeling of individuals, ubiquitous and necessary in the current internet-of-things model, is the second stage of genocide, according to one model (see genocide document).

Anti-Defamation League
The perception of Muslims changed in America during the Bush years, despite this supposedly powerful force against defamation.

More current and relevant, perhaps, is the constant defamation of individuals through music, purchases, tracking codes, etc., which comment on their health, body, body image, mood, attitude, etc.: behavior modification at this
scale, and for maximum effectiveness (and profitability or other gain) by definition involves insulting (and even branding) others.
The Price of World War II
Many Jewish people speak of the need to stop the destruction of the Jewish community in Europe as the reason for the war. Worth noting is 100 individuals globally died during the second World War for every Jewish person saved (see wars for estimate) (around 70 million.) So, in addition to the 5million other non-Jews who lost their lives in death camps, many globally died due to the war.

Banking

Goldman’s role in multiple crashes is described in my healthcare and development document, I believe.
The company, under Lloyd Blankfein, was one of the largest investment banks involved in subprime lending to survive the crash. Four to six million Americans would lose their homes. Most, if not all of them, would do so
because lack of information and resources. Globally people would suffer in the destruction of almost half the world’s wealth.

Chosen people This comment is made without reference to this community. However, in any religions what does it mean to be chosen? If God chooses you, is he allowing others’ human rights to be abridged? Is this in some ways linked to an acceptance of genocidal behavior, for some people who believe they are chosen?

“Lean In” The champion of always on is from a religion that has numerous holidays and days every week with breaks from technology (even turning on a light bulb). This is in addition to Sheryl Sandberg’s change to part time work when
becoming a single mother, and it is unclear what she is doing today, less than a decade after she launched the movement berating women for their lack of career progression.
Also worth noting is the push to use technology for women (more likely to get malignant tumors when targeted with radiation, per the Senate’s Lilienfeld Report) which Facebook must know is harmful. With 10,000 studies
demonstrating the harm of electromagnetic radiation, and numerous health effects on animals and human through many satellite deployments (see Firstenberg), they are working to expand it, and to exploit those temporarily or
permanently affected by such radiation through the Nurembourg Code�violating “artificial intelligence.”

Refugees

Years ago, about 4 percent were identifying as electrically sensitive with 1 percent leaving their homes. The roll out of more technology was anticipated to bring significant growth to the electrically sensitive and electrical refugee
population. What sympathy and solutions does the Jewish leadership have for these refugees and how should they find safe spaces (beyond the propagation of symbols and words to prompt individuals to flee their homes)?

Jewish leadership should involve stopping large-scale harm through corporations and government,
rather than supposedly solving any other problems for humanity through its promulgation.

Holocaust versus African American museum

Worth noting is the Holocaust Museum in our nation’s capital was built before a museum for African
Americans that included exhibits on slavery and Jim Crow. This implies that genocide and
experimentation are high priorities nationally.
